Homebrew PCBs

well .. used this formula .. 
C1V1 +C2V2 / V1 + V2  and got 19% I think .. 
Hopefully thats the correct formula .. 
Going to use 9% H202 with a 2:1 ratio of H2O2 to HCL
according to the calculator it should be close.
