This happened to me about a month ago. Norton could not find any thing in my 
computer. It took me a couple of day days to find it.

When I disabled all the addresses in my Yahoo address book it stopped.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
