This is just for the piezo unit, yes? 

Have you sourced the etched Si nozzle? I am sure the nozzle could be made at home, no prob. The Glass-Si bond might be tricky.

Or are you using the Stanford device inkjet as a bassis for your own design?

Good work! Keep us in the loop as to your experience with the Chinese vendor.
