Maybe instead of a photocopier, you could bring in a PDF and have them print
it out on a laser printer?  LPs almost always have manual feeds that will
accomodate a much wider variety of media that copier.  Photocopiers can have
remarkably complex paper paths intended to accommodate large paper supplies.
