30 volume is 9%.
In a pharmacy they said can mix the thing. But charge 20eur for mixing
(plus the product) and that's more than i will pay for the thing. But i
forget to ask if they have 'pure'.

It also seems to exist some vacuum distillation process for 90% grade
rocket fuel.
