In the USA, I purchased some 30-volume (I think that's 15%) H2O2 from Sally Beauty Supply. The sales people thought it was funny that a 55+ year-old guy was buying hydrogen peroxide at a beautician supply store, but when I explained what I was going to do with it, they thought it was "cute."
