SparkFun have some gerber batch files for Eagle for use with  
BatchPCB.com, which produce the various masks/screens/layers and a  
drill file (and which are somehow different to the built-in Eagle  
gerber template). I assume that it would be a really good starting  
point for working direct w/- Phoenix.

they're called sfe-gerb274x.cam, found them somewhere on sfe or  
batchPCB ... there's quite a nice Eagle/BatchPCB tutorial at http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/tutorial_info.php?tutorials_id=109

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
