I have now received the temp settings from GBC
If of any interest to somebody, here's what they are :

GBC H425 Thermostat settings ( +/-10°C )
#1 = 109°C / 228°F
#2 = 111°C / 232°F
#3 = 120°C / 248°F
#4 = 125°C / 257°F
#5 = 131°C / 268°F
#6 = 145°C / 293°F
#7 = 155°C / 311°F
#8 = 160°C / 320°F
#9 = 162°C / 324°F
