Homebrew PCBs

There is a small PC, router like bit you can buy which will remove the copper foil.
Vector Electronics, maybe.  It's used for prototyping.

yes it is solid copper and positive resist pcb
it has thu-hole components, but i can clear these with a 
drill bit, the rest of the components ground are to the
top side of the board.
