Okay, thank you all for your quick replies.

Now I understand that a pad marked 3,81/1,4
would make a 1.1mm diam. hole inside a
3.81 mm diameter pad.    Likewise for the
other numbers.

I also realize I should put the pads on the
schematic.   Not sure what this will look like
on the schematic, but I'll give it a try and
see what happens.

Not exactly sure what you meant by that tip, Harvey
Do you mean mounting pads for connecting SMT parts?
