Homebrew PCBs

Is Their is a way to constructing Liquid from the chemicals that exist in
the market for tin && for connecting vias through double surface board .

it will be very cost for me to add many bottles of Liquid Tin from any
website , adds the time to reach me .

the good idea is to construct these liquids .

i know their are many that construct this liquid for Tin and also way for
Via . any one can help ?
