Presumably some header is still there. Anyway.... That isn't how silkscreening works. You print a photomask, usually onto vellum because it works better than using transparencies. Then expose the screen under it, and wash out. You will have to find some very fine screen to do this. Standard screen for screenprinting is fairly coarse.
