Well, it's worth a try anyway, but even with the special Pulsar paper,
Pulsar strongly recommends adding the TRF to seal the toner.

Have you tried the pulsar paper?  Or, you can buy just the green TRF
from digikey for $9 for an 8"x15' roll.
