Hi,

I uploaded some photos under the name "Epson-R220".

Epson-R220-6.jpg

shows which gear you can use to raise printing head.

At the other side (left side), there is an optic
sensor and a wheel with notches. You can easily
understand the top and the point next to top by
looking it while rotating the gear.
