Quick trial:

Epson R220 
Epson Durabrite ink
Thin flexible Copperclad-not prepared
Dried / cured with hair dryer

Results:

Ran through printer fine
Thin lines printed well
Wide areas - beaded up
Printed areas did not move when rubbed
Water resistancy - poor

Failure!
Ink did not 'grab' onto surface

Next trial:

Prepare board, scour and pre-etch with Tarn-X and repeat.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
