It can be found in the paint departments in any hardware store, including Walmart. Same place you'll find denatured ethanol. It never occured to me to use acetone for removing toner, I usually just scrub it off with a Scotch pad. I'm currently using Staples Picture Paper inkjet photo paper for iron-on toner transfer.
