Homebrew PCBs

I seem to recall someone here mentioning that they didn't care for 
this Yahoo layout. I've got many a gripe with it as well, and am 
thinking about moving it to Forte's Agent program (where I do my email 
and newsgroups). I'd mainly like the collapseable/linked threads, so I 
can pass the messages that are out of my league.

Are any of these quirks something that a moderator from here is 
handling, or can they be modified somewhere (other than the email/
digest preferences)?
