Hi,

I just finished an experiment where I wanted to make an analog type of unison lead/bass on the cmi IIx.

I succeeded by filling a mode 4 voice with sawtooth waves and setting up a 8 voice instrument file where all 8 voices are filled by the same (looped)sawtooth vc file.

than I adjusted each voice finetune value and created a page 7 co file that lets me adjust the filter with control nr 2
attack control 3!  damp / control 1 : ) this gives one the most analog
control.

On page m .,patch all keyboards on the incomming midi box to midi channel 1.

Now play the cmi through any midi masterkeyboard and you should get megaphatt jupiter...no mooglike synthmahem
( I actualy started doing this after a visiting minimoog owner asked me .....how'bout detuning 3 osc,s (voices) and put them under one key ? )

the analog feel is astounding.
lots of room to experiment futher here..
,Hope some others on the list like to try this as well and share their
experiences .,maybe you have come up with some other tricks or settings that you would like to share.
