Fairlight CVI needs repair

Hello all,
This is my first post and unfortunately not a very happy one.
My fairlight CVI wont switch on today, it just shows a mess of pixels on the screen and repeatedly flashes all the lights on the controller whilst beeping a lot.
If anyone else has experienced this problem i would love to hear from them. I hadn't used it since a recent earthquake so something may have been shook, or it may just have reached its time limit.
Also, i live in Japan and am trying to find someone here that may be able to repair it.
If anyone can recommend a repair person (in japan would be great but overseas is fine, whatever it takes) i would very much appreciate it :)
