Hello, Just wanted to briefly introduce myself. I'm a new proud CMI IIx owner. :-) I just had a moment to set it up for the first time since I picked it up last Saturday and I already encountered the first problem: The floppy disks won't go in all the way, they insert about half way or so and then something blocks them. When I peeked inside it seems that those white round plasticky things are in the way or something. The seller had mentioned that he had to oil the drives in the past. Could it be that those things are supposed to snap back and aren't? Is there a trick and/or a way to fix that? They were working just fine at the sellers house when he demo'ed it. But he had the mainframe laying sideways on the woodrails (the proper way I take it). When I brought it to my studio I had to set it upright like a pc-tower due to lack of space. Is it ok to setup a CMI like that and could that affect the floppies? Thanks. George
