No, I really mean the MFX3.

According to the history section on fairlightus.com and the KMI site the
MFX3 had CMI functionality up to software revision 12.

I quote:

"MFX3 (1994, digital audio workstation/hard disk recording system, not to
be confused with "MFX III" console) (24 channels analog+digital 16-Bit
in/out, software Rev12 and Rev13, CMI functionality still supported in
Rev12)"
