Fairlight-CMI

Yeah,

I sampled some sounds off my Linndrum and they really had the same punch. A 
bit less treble but I didn´t do any pre or postprocessing.

I remember getting my Series IIx back in 1987 and was actually amazed at how 
good the actual samples that I made with it. It did a great job with drums 
especially and when you "red lined" the input it gave the samples a great 
saturation overdrive quality that was warm and musical.
