First post here on this group...

I've been working on adding CMI IIx support to the MESS
<http://www.mess.org/>  emulator. Most of the critical hardware is
emulated, with the notable exception of sound:

Nothing is public yet - I'm hoping to add basic sound support and speed
things up a bit before releasing it.

This obviously isn't going to be the same as a real CMI but the
experience should be somewhat educational :)
