update: borrowed QWERTY, replaced (correct) battery on Q133 card, re-seated
cards,
checked fuses- nothing has helped so far. Maybe the machine is not fully
booting up. In
the text line at top of DIR page there is a small space right after the word
"fairlight." need
some help diagnosing problem. not sure Q133 card is the source of my problems.

and yes - if there was a way to have modern storage devices easily incorporated
into a
series III, rev 5.14 i would be interested.
