did not realise the program did that i just used it
to change standard smf to the format of the sd1 sequencer so i could take .mid
sequences i did in cubas and have them in the sd1

Jammie,SMF is used not only for songs, of course also for SysEx memory bulk dump... It differs from SYX format just in small details in header.Daniel
