why not just use a trig out from step 3 to the reset input if you want less
steps??
I just bought a old one with 4 steps, and no switch, have not got it yes
tho..

It is really fun to have various destinations/sources on 3 and 4 and 
then vary the circle length while playing. That would not work with a 
cable reset. This switch is poor mans A-154 for poor mans A-155 ;-)
