hi list,
can anyone tell me if there is a difference in sound
between the a103 and the 18db output of the a108
filter?i already have the a108 and i'm thinking of
buying the a103 if there is any difference in the
filter sound...
thanks,
bakis.

The difference should be not that big. The 108 is a moogish transistor
ladder, the 103 (TB303-)filter is a diode ladder, which is realized by
transistors. The 303 filter itself sound quite similar to a moog filter.
Beside the parameter correlation it is the partially (and frequency
dependent) dc offset of the audio signal which makes the 303 sound that
specific. I don't think that this is realized in the A103.
