A-132-4 jumper JP19, what it does? (mine is missing)

Hello,

Checking my A-132-4 Quad VCA I noticed that it does not have a jumper on position JP19, which according to http://www.doepfer.de/a100_man/A132_4_jumper.pdf should be in place. The problem is, the document explains all the other jumper positions but JP19 is not mentioned. 

Could anyone check his VCA and see if they have a connector in JP19 (top of the board). Or better still, tell what it does? Or is it an error in the document?

JP19 can be used to apply add a small negative voltage to the switching
contact of the CV socket #1 (C1) of the upper unit. This makes sure that the
VCA is fully closed as long as CV is applied to C1. As soon as a plug is
inserted to C1 the small negative voltage is "overwritten" by the applied
CV.

I will add the description of JP19 to the A_132_4_jumper.pdf document.
