JP19 can be used to apply add a small negative voltage to the switching
contact of the CV socket #1 (C1) of the upper unit. This makes sure that the
VCA is fully closed as long as CV is applied to C1. As soon as a plug is
inserted to C1 the small negative voltage is "overwritten" by the applied
CV.

I will add the description of JP19 to the A_132_4_jumper.pdf document.
