A-131 (exp VCA) suddenly death: what to check?

hi guys, this morning i just mounted in my doepfer case some new modules (maths, RCD and unity mixer), when i turn on the system, everything was fine except the Doepfer A-131 exp VCA that is completely death. all the other stuff works correctly. i think maybe i messed with the power cable: to mount the unity mixer i disconnected the A-131 from the power cable at module side, then since doepfer do no sign the -12v side neither on module nor on manual, i connected the power cable to the module with red stripe upside as it seems to me it was before. then no luck... it's death, even changing the cable connection and mouting it with redstrip downside (always on the module) , the A-131 remain silent... what can i check do verify if is completely gone?
