Hi Felix,

You can connect the transformer to the powersupply the way you want. It is AC, so no polarity.

hi

befor i blow up anything.

am i right i just dont have to care which cabel from the external 15V 
Transformer
goes to the diy powersupply board?

the transformer got a red and a white stripe but the board just got 
to pins for 15V AC.

i will put some xlr connection inbetween the case also.

As it's AC you don't have to pay attention to the polarity. But pay
attention to connect the cables to the right terminals of the power supply
board as shown in the manual (both terminals are labelled "15V AC"). Do not
use the terminal with the shield/earth symbol for the transformer. Some
customers fried their transformer by using this terminal to connect the
transformer. The shield/earth terminal is used only in case of a metal
housing to ground the housing.

thanks everybody

yup the earth one i recognized for only metal case. i building one out of wood.
ah the supplyboard is getting quite close to the one side of the 
case. hope its getting not to hot!

They are floating outputs so it doesn't matter which goes to which. If using
a 4-pin connector then use 2 pins for each wire - the thicker the better.

the xlr pins? there are just 3. for soldering as it locks. well i 
get later a kabel that will be nice for 1,5 A and 15 V. that should 
do it then. or i cut of a bit from the kabel from the external power 
supply cause then i dont have to buy a pack of connectors.
