Sorry if this has been asked many times before...

Are the pots and knobs used on new 4HP modules like the dual passive
attenuator the same as those used on other A100 modules?  I ask because I am
thinking of creating a 4HP module and want to know if I can use the A100
pots and still fit in 4HP.

No. The A-183-X (and some other modules too, e.g. A-138m) use a different
type of potentiometers: shaft at right angle to the pcb and a smaller case.
