check the photos section of the group for the Dark Time image.

as you can see, the Dark Time has some limited functionality 'borrowed' from the A154, but it does not really compare with the creative capabilities of the full A154 & A155 combination.

The Dark Time is still in the design state and the picture is a very early
preliminary. I assume that the Dark Time will be in the same price range as
the Dark Energy (without obligation). It will be available not before spring
2010.
