I've never been a fan of the A-155 due to its massive size - particularly when coupled with its A-154 brother, a quantizer and a switch (to enable 16-step use) as it fills an entire 84HP row. This particular combo does however have a massive, and very useful feature spec. The challenge I've set myself is to replicate it in 'sub-modules', even though it will definitely eat up more than 84HP and will likely cost much more than what a 154/155 combo does. The big WIN for such a setup would be how the modules could be used for other jobs, rather than just sequencing, and also be recombined in other, more complex ways to produce new sequencing possibilities.
