Hello the adjustment of the volt/octave setting will always cause a change of the offset. You always have to readjust the offset after adjusting the V/Oct. I won't know whether (and if yes where) the Darktime has an offset trimmer, but I am quite sure there is one. I think Dieter will jump in tomorrow.
