Doepfer

Hi,

I've assembled the Doepfer A-100 DIY Kit #1 in a wooden Ikea Rast cabinet.
When connecting the Transformer to the power supply board a question came into my mind.

In the instructions it says for the ground connection -> "housing (only if a metal case is used)".
I'm having a wooden cabinet, but inside I'm not using the doepfer rails, but a 19" rackmount rail, and it has quit a bit of aluminum.

Do I need to connect the ground to that then?
Or if not, where should I connect the ground to� Or nowhere at all?
