Very interesting idea, would save me having to patch in external units.

 

I can see value in such a module.

ok, you say, we have countless vca's for that. 

yes, but a dedicated and good quality A100 Noise Gate/Expander module
with 'Threshold', 'Release' and 'Ratio' controls (and an affordable
price) would be nice too....

any interest for this?
