As you can see in this [1] picture there's a PIC mcu on the board, from which you can draw your own conclusions. I believe the Buchla SOU also uses a microcontroller to generate, store and quantise CVs. Given the function, it follows that no part of the A-149 signal path (that is: no signal) can really be described as completely analogue. So no, with your constraint, you can't have it.
