I also find the A129/3 incredibly useful as a CV source (it's the only thing I generally use it for), but be aware that it is only good for *CV* type signals, i.e. anything above about 50Hz just doesn't get through, therefore if you want to attenuate and add offsets to audio signals, you'll still need the good old mixer and CV source!
