The A-110 is absolutely fine.  I have two of them myself, although I haven't heard an A-111 for comparison.  I think if you didn't have the A-111 to compare it to, you certainly wouldn't have any hesitation about the A-110.  It seems completely stable to me (although I tend to slightly detune mine on purpose to thicken the sound), it has a good range, various waveform types, and oscillator sync.  It's versatile enough for most requirements (certainly any that I can dream up), and sounds great.  Relax. :)
