That's too narrow. Probably the exponential generator circuit (CA3096) is
defective and has to be replaced. As the CA3096 is mounted into a socket it
is very easy to replace the circuit. Please contact the
dealer/representative where you purchased the module. We will add a CA3096
free of charge to the next consignment to the dealer/representative in
question (from your message I cannot see your home country). If you are not
able to replace the circuit the module has to be sent in.
