i messured the clock output
mine only goes betweene 130kHz and 232kHz

  The delay clock dial should have an extremely wide range from the factory
  (down to clearly audible clock noise and a "destroyed" sounding audio
  output). The upper clock value is limited because of the max. clock
  frequency for the BBD circuits (typ. 200 kHz).
