Digital BW, The Print

Please forgive me if this is a silly question, but I'm having a 
printing problem when printing from Photoshop CS2 and print on my Epson 
2400.

When I use CS2 and create a file that is 13" x 19" and use 13" x 19" 
paper, when I print I get a message that states "The image is larger 
than the paper's printable area; some clipping will occur." This 
message appears even if there is no image information at the edges. Can 
anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to correct this problem?

It doesn't know if there's information out there or not. All it knows is there's file out there, 
pure white pixels are still pixels. There are minimum margins necessary, the info should 
be in the printer manual, or printable area might be seen in the print with preview box or 
indicated by negative numbers there, margin info also used to be in some page setup 
dialogue boxes...
Is there a borderless setting for 13x19 in page setup?
Another thing, if there's no info out there you can just print anyway and let that white clip.

It gives me the message even when I have "Borderless" selected.

That would be fine but there is no visual indicator where it is going 
to clip and I would need to know that for my purposes. My point is that 
it shouldn't be giving me that message.

Thanks for your suggestions though! Anyone else have any ideas?
