Can anybody tell me a UK dealer for MIS inks?
Many hours of Googling have failed to find anyone.

I could be wrong, but I think you have to buy MIS inks directly from 
MIS.

From time to time very (very) similar products have been marketed in
the UK, but even then it has been cheaper to buy from MIS. 

I find inks ordered from there, especially using the cheapest shipping
option (up to 4lbs weight), to be extremely good value.  I have had
zero problems, with inks, in about 10 orders or so.  The service is
usually quite fast too (about 1 week).
