Going off topic on BO with the Epson 3000, but what is the general review of this printer using a B&W ink system? I currently use a Epson 2200, but 16x20 B&W's are appealing. I'm assuming one needs to go with a USB/Parallel adapter to get some kind of speed. Is 720dpi enough for quality B&W's with the 3000? Chris
