Digital BW, The Print

Hi all:

Not to distract from the urgent matters at hand, but I recall, a long 
time ago, seeing a notice for a group meeting or dinner in the San 
Francisco Bay Area.  I liked the idea but wasn't able to attend at 
the time and haven't seen one since.  Are those meetings still on?  
If not, is there any interest?

Hi to all FIVE of you...

I am just now working on a date for an SF meeting...probably mid June.

I need to pin down a night that one of the "free" conference rooms we 
borrow is available and I still working (with no luck so far) on an 
outside speaker. However...none of the five of you have attended 
before...maybe if we have enough new interest, we won't need a 
special outside person to keep the interest level high <g>.

If I could ask all five of you (and anyone else who is interested) to 
email me offline with your contact info for my database (name, 
address, phone contacts and email address)I will definitely contact 
you offline (and post here) when I have the details set.

It's a great experience to meet some folks you've been discussing 
digital printing with online and see the work on paper.

San Francisco is a bit of a stretch - especially parking for my truck! - but

I've been to two and they are good fun, and interesting.  Tom
O'Connell had something to do with helping to arrange it and unless I
missed the last one, it was downtown SF.  Tom?  Is there enough
interest for a new one?  Shall we see where one can be had?

Hi Richard-

Hoping to post a date and location by the end of next week...probably 
mid June...

anyone interested should email me offline to avoid clogging the forum 
with traffic...I have a mailing list of those who want to stay 
informed of our meetings and will contact you all offlist.
