Digital BW, The Print

My Epson R3000 printer stopped worked after only 3 years, and +- 500 A4 
pages.
There is an issue with the PK ink. It keeps on printing white pages.
During 1 week I tried several things like cleaning with special 
cartridges, head cleaning, etc...
It helps sometimes for 1 print, then problems start over again.
I paid this printer 700 euro, and I must say it's ok when it works, but 
most of the time it sucks.
It starts cleaning without any reason, and a lot of ink gets lost.
Epson is good in selling, but has a very very bad after service.
It has become a sad story. Epson. On the net I found a lot of people 
with similar problems.

I loved printing myself but I don't dare to buy another printer anymore.
Quality is too bad. It's a throw-away business model.

My question: Is there a good online printing service where I can have my 
digital negatives printed?
I live in Belgium.
