Hi I was looking at 3MK and realise all 3 slots were Eboni I wanted to know why? is there a details versus Smoothness advantage?

Many if not most printer will show micro-banding with only a single ink printing. At least with my printers, the 1800 was more prone to banding than the 1400. In general, however, you need multiple inks firing at the same time to hide the micro-banding of the individual inks.
