Digital BW, The Print

Hi there, my name is Martin.  I'm a documentary photographer (www.martinhsphoto.com) based in South America.  I have reasonable experience printing in color, (Epson 3880 and HP Z3100).  Only recently I've been starting to work on a B&W project and thus I would like to get better at printing it.  I've been reading and playing with QTR and Epson Driver.  

I'll be traveling to New York in mid-June, and I'm looking for someone in the area to: (a) print a few sample images - I want to try carbon printing before I import inks to Uruguay which is quite expensive; (b) get some guidance in the form of a few hours of best practice sharing.  I'm thinking on a total of perhaps 8 hours of work time?  

Is there anybody in the New York are that would be interested in printing samples and doing a brief intro and best practice sharing work time?
