Digital BW, The Print

For a new setup of (new) paper spectral measurements I would like to 
make categories but see some difficulty in what makes the difference in 
some cases.

Right now I have:

Resin Coated
 >Gloss, Lustre
 >Semi-Matt, Satin
 >Matt

Fibre - Baryta
 >Gloss, Lustre
 >Semi_Matt, Satin
 >Matt

Photo - Art
 >Smooth Matt
 >Textured Matt
 >Heavy Textured Matt

For example what makes a Matte Fiber different to a Smooth Matte photo 
paper? Both not RC.
Harman Matt FB Mp compared to Hahnem\ufffdhle Photorag Ultra Smooth?
